How to Use the Acupressure Mat

  1. Lay the mat on a flat surface (floor, bed, or couch).
  2. Gently lie down, allowing your back to rest on the mat.
  3. Start with 5-10 minutes and gradually increase to 20-40 minutes daily.
  4. Wear a thin shirt at first, then go bare skin once you're comfortable.
  5. Breathe deeply and relax - it's normal to feel a tingling or warm sensation.
